    Question: We are faced with the issue of a 19-year-old male wearing a diaper and about 2 months ago, he chose to live with a 33-year-old man, although the 19-year-old maintains he is not homosexual. The 19-year-old believes that wearing a diaper is normal and that is what he wants to do. What category does this fall under? Are there some resources available?     Question: I'm a freelance journalist working for a reputable news organization. I often write about changes in society and their effects on us. As someone who works from home I'm often aware that this solitary activity sometimes has a strange effect on me. I feel a distinct need to get outside and socialize, even if this only means walking to the nearest shopping mall. I feel that as more and more people work from home the traditional symptoms of cabin fever will become more prominent again...    Dr. Pies' Answer


    Question: I am very upset about a weight gain of more than 20 lbs in 5 months. I have been on Celexa for more than a year at 80 mg without problems as far as I know. I was also put on Buspar in September at 30 mg. I believed the Buspar was responsible for the constantly increasing weight gain, so I went off it...    Dr. Pies' Answer
