    Question: I am really fighting with major depression. I have been taking Parnate for years now. It does not seem to be working as well as it did a few years ago. Unfortunately I have not had any relief from depression with the other classes of antidepressants (SSRIs, Tricyclic, Wellbute). Would selegiline be a promising alternative to Parnate?    Dr. Pies' Answer


    Question: I am a psychologist in Lubbock, Texas and am in private practice. I have been evaluating a 13 year old on referral from her psychologist. After a neuropsychological screening, academic and intellectual assessment, objective and projective testing, I am still stumped. The symptoms have similarities to Schizotypal Personality Disorder or adolescent onset Schizophrenia, but not purely so...    Dr. Pies' Answer

I don't go to any parties or social events because I feel that everyone is talking about me. I have missed out on a lot in life and I am fed up with it.
