The thing is, I'm a collegiate, competitive athlete and I know my body needs different amounts of nutrients, especially protein, calcium etc. Is a vegetarian diet right for an athlete? If so, how do I go about easing into it so I don't risk depleting my energy levels?    Dr. McLaughlin's Answer

Question:   I have been taking Prempro for a few years and am seriously considering stopping because of recent study revelations. How does one stop using it? All at once? Gradually? What should one expect as side effects of going off the drug? How can I tell if I am through menopause?    Dr. McLaughlin's Answer
