    Question:  My brother is in need of a kidney transplant because he is suffering from Bergers disease. Is it more likely that the donor would be from the family? Does it happen often? What exactly is looked at to match the donor and the recipient?    Dr. McLaughlin's Answer

    Question:   I am a 31-year-old female. Recently, a lot of my hair has been falling out in the last 6-8 months. Aside from having a gastric ulcer, I am in good health. I do feel tired lately though. I have a 2-year-old, and am not certain if I am pregnant. Could it be a nutrition deficient or hormonal cause?     Question:   I am a 16-year-old male. Sometimes, after I am finished having a bowel movement, there is a little trace of blood on the paper after I wipe. There is sometimes also a slight pain followed by blood. Is this something to be worried about? Is it cancer? What should I do? What kind of tests will the doctor do to me if I decide to see him?    Dr. McLaughlin's Answer
