    Question:   I have a brother who has been diagnosed with 3 colon polyps. He is 48 years old. They were benign, but he was told they could have turned into cancer if not removed. I am 38 years old and have no symptoms. Should I get a colonoscopy? If so, when?    Dr. Shiller's Answer

    Question:   I have Rheumatoid arthritis. I am on methotrexate. I still get some flare ups with pain mostly in my hands. I have tried Motrin and Naprosyn, which helps, but tears up my stomach. Is there anything else I can use that is gentler on the stomach?    Dr. Shiller's Answer

    Question:   I have been trying to lose weight and have been on Xenical. I am good with following a low fat diet, but I have a hard time doing aerobic exercise. I have only lost 5 lbs. What can I do?    Dr. Shiller's Answer
